Return & Refund Policy

At HICC Pet®, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency in all transactions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for most products purchased directly from us within 30 calendar days of the date you received products.

Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon the adherence to our return criteria, including the condition of the item and the reason for return. Please ensure that the goods you're returning are repackaged with all of the items that were included when you received them.

Some items, including those that have been opened or used, may not qualify for refunds due to hygiene reasons, perishable nature, or other specific restrictions.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

In cases where HICC Pet® is at fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Processing

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Once the return is approved, a refund will be initiated through the original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Customers will be notified via email regarding the status of their refund request.

The refund arrival time is determined by your payment method. Please see below for details:

  • PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
  • Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

7. Other Notes

Note that the returns shipping fee is non-refundable.

If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (email form), sends it to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again, we reserve the right to refuse any compensation.
